A retreat day made up of creative and ambitious professionals who prioritise their mind and body as much as profit and purpose?
Yes please.

This day retreat is designed to give busy professionals a much-needed pause as we round off Q1 of 2026 (that came around quickly, right?).

A chance to step out of doing mode and into a more grounded, connected state so you can move forward with clarity, creativity, and energy.

The day will begin with a movement and breath-work practice, helping you release tension, calm the nervous system, and feel safe and settled in both mind and body.

Our founders, Sadie and Laura, will then guide a workshop exploring the link between creativity, flow state, and a well-rested, well-nourished body. You’ll discover why sustainable success doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from putting your mind and body first, allowing clarity, impact, and profit to naturally follow.

After the workshop, we’ll enjoy healthy food and non-alcoholic drinks, creating the first opportunity to mingle, share business goals, and connect with like-minded professionals. This is where conversations begin to spark new ideas, collaborations, and friendships.

Following lunch, we’ll head out for a guided group walk through beautiful surrounding woodland areas. Walking together in nature creates a unique openness where ideas flow more freely, connections deepen, and the mind naturally expands. When movement, nature, and human connection combine, the possibilities really are endless.

We’ll then return to the studio for a closing visualisation meditation, designed to work with your subconscious, helping you embody the future version of yourself who has already achieved what you desire.

As always, we’ll close with accountability statements, big or small. A simple intention to carry forward, so that when we gather again, we can share what’s shifted and witness one another grow in mind, body, and business.
