Meet the Founders
Sadie and Laura have spent over ten years practising yoga and exploring holistic health alongside their full-time careers. In 2020, they completed their yoga teacher training and began integrating breathwork, movement, and coaching into their workplaces for the benefit of their colleagues.
By 2023, after one especially grounding yoga class and a conversation over brunch, they realised the same tools that had transformed their own wellbeing could, and should, be shared in the workplace. Take a Pause was born.
Since then, they’ve been creating intentional programmes that help teams build sustainable energy, reduce burnout, and bring more focus and calm into the working day.
Everything they deliver is measurable, trackable, and designed for real people with real demands. Their programmes go beyond one-off sessions, combining education, accountability, and measurable impact to create healthier, more connected workplace cultures.
