Come and join us for our next community meet-up. A gentle morning of movement, breath and a delicious brunch shared together.

As we close the first quarter of 2026 (that came around quickly!),we invite you to Take A Pause. To step out of the hustle and bustle of life and take a moment for yourself.

Sadie and Laura will guide a nourishing movement and breath-work practice designed to help you land fully in your body. Nothing too intense or performative, just space to ground and gently awaken your energy from the inside out.

After we’ve moved and breathed together, we’ll gather in a closer circle. There will be space to share how 2026 has felt so far: the lessons, the growth, the challenges, the unexpected blessings. You’ll be invited (never pressured) to use your voice in a space that is held with warmth, safety and genuine care - because we really do care.

There is something powerful that happens when humans share honestly. The normal walls we keep around our hearts soften and genuine authentic connection starts to weave amongst the group. These moments always feel so expansive within the day.

Once we’ve opened our hearts, we’ll head downstairs to enjoy a beautiful lunch together. This is our time to laugh, to deepen conversations, to sit beside someone new, to let friendships form naturally.

We create these gatherings to feel like a collective exhale. A moment where the hustle fades into the background and we return to what truly matters:

When those pieces come back into ignition, everything else flows differently.
